Heart Medical are looking to recruit Trainer / Assessors to deliver Heart Medical courses to customers and internal staff.

Delivering a wide range of courses, our Trainer / Assessors will be a highly visible role model, not only in respect of what you do, but also in the way that you conduct yourself with our customers, the public and colleagues.

You will work from our Training Centre in Ossett and be mobile to deliver courses in our customer’s workplace, you’ll be a key part of our training service.
As we work at multiple sites, you’ll also need to work flexibly and at different times. You may also be deployed in support of our event service to provide First Aid cover, this really will be an action packed role for the right candidate.

This is a stimulating and challenging role, but it isn’t for everyone. We need people that are confident, caring, compassionate and hard-working; you’ll be as passionate as we are about making a positive difference to the people of our Region.

It is essential that applicants hold the following current qualifications:

First Aid at Work (3 day) certificate which has been trained to the HSE standard

PTLLs or CTLLs

Recognised assessors qualification

All other training will be provided by Heart Medical to ensure you deliver the highest standard of training.

It is essential that applicants have access to transport to travel to different locations as required. Heart Medical may also, where available, provide a company vehicle for staff to use to travel transport themselves and equipment to and from courses from our Ossett base.

Please ensure you have fully demonstrated on the application form how you meet the essential criteria from the person specification as initial sifting will be performed against this criterion. Successfully sifted candidates will undergo an interview.
